Great price and the rooms were much nicer than the rooms I stayed in a week ago at another location. I slept well and feel good after a surprisingly pleasant shower (like a waterfall in the bathroom). The location is great really. Not loud an easy to move around. I would have given this a 5 star all around but for two items: The bathroom had a hole in the wall and large spot in the ceiling that made me think it may crumble soon. The complimentary breakfast, which I rarely review , was less than adequate. The eggs were decent but the coffee and yogurt or fruit options were lacking. Don’t let these observation deter you though. The staff was friendly and they accommodate - there is always room for improvement and that’s why I don’t want you think this is a negative review . I would satay here again!
Calrick was an absolute God send!! Hospitality starts with customer service and he killed it. We had booked a hotel elsewhere that was absolutely awful. At nearly 2am he went out of his way to ensure we got a room. I have nothing, but great things to say about him, the hotel, and their breakfast.
Clean room. Friendly service. Great breakfast! The juice machine was temporarily out of order, but the bacon was nice and crispy! Would recommend/ask for a mirror over the desk (for moms to put on makeup and not have to fight for room at the bathroom sink with 4 others). We stayed in room 301.

This was a great place to stay. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff were great. We loved the indoor pool. The walls are thin and kids were running across the room above us all night. We are night owls, so it didn't bother us that much. I could see it bothering most people though.
We went to enjoy 24 hrs indoors pool , it was very much needed, the room was very clean

This was my best hotel experience by far during a trip that including stays at a Days Inn and Hampton Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable, LARGE, & we got a balcony with no up charge. The bathroom was super clean with great water pressure. Again, this was a much better stay than the Hampton Inn we were at the night before for TWICE the price of this Best Western. I HIGHLY recommend this place! We will be staying here again if we’re in the area!
